Evaluation of [68Ga]Ga-NOTA-anti-HER2-sdAb PET/CT for Predicting Pathological Complete Response After Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in HER2 Positive Early Breast Cancer

This study is looking at a new type of scan called a PET/CT to see if it can predict how well treatment will work for some people with early breast cancer. It uses a special tracer to light up cancer cells, hoping to help doctors personalise care and potentially avoid surgery for some patients.
