Trial of Sequential Medications AfteR TNFi Failure in Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis
This study is for children aged 2-17 with a type of arthritis called JIA, who haven't fully responded to their first TNF inhibitor medicine. It compares different existing medicines to find the best next steps for treatment.

A Study to Compare the Response to Treatment With Abatacept vs Adalimumab, on Background Methotrexate, in Adults With Early, Seropositive, and Shared Epitope-positive Rheumatoid Arthritis and an Inadequate Response to Methotrexate
This study compares two treatments, abatacept and adalimumab, for adults with early, severe rheumatoid arthritis who haven't responded well to methotrexate. It aims to see which treatment is better at reducing arthritis symptoms and improving quality of life.

Abatacept for the Treatment of Giant Cell Arteritis
This study is looking into a new treatment called abatacept for a condition called Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA). We want to see if abatacept can help people with newly diagnosed or returning GCA stay well. The treatment is given by injection, and some people will get a dummy treatment instead.
