German-funded Laparoscopic Approach to Cervical Cancer

This study compares two types of surgery for early cervical cancer: keyhole (laparoscopic/robotic) versus traditional open surgery. It wants to see if keyhole surgery is just as good at preventing the cancer from coming back, with a focus on patients with smaller tumours.
