Optimizing Aspirin Use for Preeclampsia Prevention
This study is looking at whether stopping low-dose aspirin for pregnant women at 24-26 weeks is as effective at preventing a serious condition called pre-eclampsia as taking it until 36 weeks. We also want to see if stopping early is safe for mum and baby.

PLatelet aggregation and Aspirin low response in Type One Diabetes and the association with vascular damage and diabetic Nephropathy
This study looks at how blood clots form in people with Type 1 diabetes, especially those with kidney problems, to understand if aspirin works differently for them. It hopes to find out more about how these blood clots affect heart health and kidney disease.
