This study looks at how different blood-thinning medicines, aspirin and clopidogrel, work after a procedure to close off a part of the heart called the left atrial appendage. We want to find the best way to prevent strokes while also reducing bleeding, for people with an irregular heartbeat called atrial fibrillation.
