ACOU085 for Hearing Loss Prevention in Testicular Cancer Patients Receiving Cisplatin

This study is testing a new treatment, ACOU085, to prevent hearing loss in men with testicular cancer who are having chemotherapy with cisplatin. Scientists want to see if giving this treatment into the ear can protect hearing.
