A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of JNJ-77242113 (Icotrokinra) in Biologic-naïve Participants With Active Psoriatic Arthritis

This study is testing a new medicine called icotrokinra for people with active psoriatic arthritis who haven't tried biological treatments before. We want to see if it helps reduce symptoms and if it's safe to use, compared to a dummy treatment or an existing one.
