This study looks at whether people with migraines can learn to do acupuncture on themselves. It's for those who found acupuncture helpful at the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine. We want to see if self-acupuncture is practical, safe, and effective for managing migraine pain.

Acupuncture for Pain Control After Ambulatory Knee Arthroscopy
This study looks at whether acupuncture can help manage pain after keyhole knee surgery. It compares people who have acupuncture alongside standard pain relief with those only receiving standard pain relief, to see if acupuncture reduces pain and helps with movement.
