Pilot study RCT anti-NGF Adalimumab versus placebo in fasciotomy Dupuytren contracture

This study is testing a new medicine called Adalimumab for Dupuytren's disease, a hand condition. Researchers want to see if this medicine can help straighten fingers better than a dummy treatment after surgery. The main goal is to improve finger movement by at least 10 degrees.
