Administration of heparin prior to sheath insertion clinical trials

Timing of Anticoagulant Administration During Radial Access Percutaneous Coronary Intervention: the HERA-PCI Study (Heparin Early for Radial Access Percutaneous Coronary Intervention)

This study looks at the best time to give blood-thinning medicine (heparin) during a heart procedure (PCI) through the wrist. We want to see if giving it earlier helps prevent a common problem where the wrist artery might get blocked.
