Dose Escalation of Allogeneic Adipose Derived Stroma/Stem Cells for the Treatment of Crohn's Fistula

This study is testing a new cell treatment, called CellReady®, for difficult-to-treat Crohn's fistulas. It aims to see if different doses of these special cells can help heal fistulas when usual treatments haven't worked.
