Medico-economic Analysis of Clinical Pharmacy Activities

This study looks at whether pharmacists working closely with patients in hospitals can improve care. It compares what happens to patients who get this extra pharmacist support to those who don't, especially regarding side effects from medicines after they leave hospital.
