Mechanisms Underlying Antidepressant Effects of Physical Activity
This study looks at how exercise helps people with depression. We want to understand what goes on in the body and brain when people exercise, to make exercise plans even better. Participants will do either aerobic exercise or stretching for 8 weeks.

Exercise to Prevent AnthraCycline-based Cardio-Toxicity Study 2.0 (EXACT2)
This study looks at whether a special exercise plan can help protect the hearts of women with breast cancer who are having chemotherapy. Some chemotherapy drugs can affect the heart, so we want to see if regular exercise can reduce this risk while the treatment works.

Effects of Exercise Timing on Sleep Quality
