Pilot Trial for Treatment of Recurrent Glioblastoma
This early trial aims to test new, personalised treatments for people with an aggressive type of brain tumour called glioblastoma that has come back. It will check if these treatments are safe and if this type of study can be done on a larger scale.

Afatinib in Patients With Fanconi Anemia (FA) and Advanced Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC)
This study is testing a drug called Afatinib for people with Head and Neck cancer who also have Fanconi Anemia. We want to see if it's safe and helps control the cancer. This is an early-stage study to learn more about this drug in this specific group of patients.

Sotorasib Activity in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors With KRAS p.G12C Mutation (CodeBreak 101)
This study is looking into new ways to treat advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change called KRAS p.G12C. It's testing a drug called sotorasib, either by itself or with other treatments, to see how safe and effective they are for adults.
