A Study to Evaluate the Effect of Aficamten in Pediatric Patients With Symptomatic Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (oHCM).
This study is looking into a new medicine called Aficamten for young people aged 12-17 with a heart condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM). It aims to see if the medicine is safe and effective in improving their symptoms, compared to a dummy medicine.

Phase 3 Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Aficamten Compared to Placebo in Adults With Symptomatic nHCM
This study looks at a new medicine called aficamten for non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (nHCM). It compares aficamten to a dummy medicine (placebo) to see if it improves quality of life, exercise ability, and overall health in adults with nHCM.
