Alirocumab, Placebo product for REGN727 clinical trials

ACAV: EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF ALIROCUMAB TO PREVENT EARLY CARDIAC ALLOGRAFT VASCULOPATHY IN RECENT HEART TRANSPLANT RECIPIENTS

This study looks at a new drug, Alirocumab, to see if it can help prevent arteries in transplanted hearts from narrowing soon after surgery. Researchers will compare it to a dummy drug (placebo) and measure cholesterol levels in patients who have recently had a heart transplant.
