A Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Double-blind, Dose-Ranging, Multicenter, Phase IIb Clinical Trial to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of allo-APZ2-CVU on Wound Healing of Therapy-Resistant Chronic Venous Ulcer (CVU)

This study looks at a new treatment called allo-APZ2-CVU for stubborn leg ulcers that haven't healed with other treatments. It compares different doses of the new treatment to a dummy treatment (placebo) to see if it helps wounds close and stay closed, and if it's safe.
