Haploidentical Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation With Post-transplant Cyclophosphamide in Patients With Acquired Refractory Aplastic Anemia or in Relapse After Immunosuppression

This study looks at a new type of stem cell transplant for young people aged 3-35 with a serious blood condition called aplastic anaemia. It aims to see if using a family donor (haploidentical transplant) and a special post-transplant drug can improve their chances of getting better.
