Topical alprostadil in patients with systemic sclerosis

This study looks at a new cream for people with Systemic Sclerosis (scleroderma) to help improve blood flow in their fingers. It aims to see if applying alprostadil cream to the skin can increase blood flow to cold or damaged fingers, which could lead to better treatments in the future.
