Prospective Randomised Nordic Frostbite Treatment Study comparing tPA and iloprost therapy

This study is looking at the best ways to treat severe frostbite in fingers and toes. It compares two different medicines, alteplase and iloprost, to see which one can help prevent the need for amputations. The main goal is to find out if one medicine is better at saving severely frostbitten body parts.
