A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Concomitant Use of Eplontersen and ALXN2220 Compared With Eplontersen and Placebo for Adults Participants With ATTR-CM
This study is testing two medicines, eplontersen and ALXN2220, to see if they are safe and help adults with a heart condition called ATTR-CM. Participants will take eplontersen along with either ALXN2220 or an inactive substance (placebo).

Study of ALXN2220 Versus Placebo in Adults With ATTR-CM
This study is testing a new medicine, ALXN2220, for a heart condition called ATTR-CM. It aims to see if ALXN2220 can help prevent serious heart problems and reduce the risk of death compared to a dummy treatment. We hope to find a new way to help people with this condition.

Study of Re-Treatment With ALXN2220 in Patients With ATTR-CM
This study is looking at re-treating people with a heart condition called ATTR-CM who previously took part in a trial for the medicine ALXN2220. We want to see how safe the medicine is and how it affects the body when given again.
