A Phase 1/2 Study Evaluating the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Efficacy of AMG 193 in Combination With IDE397 in Subjects With Advanced MTAP-null Solid Tumors
This study is looking at two new medicines, AMG 193 and IDE397, to treat advanced solid cancers that are missing a specific gene called MTAP. It will check if the medicines are safe, what side effects they cause, and if they can shrink tumours, especially in a type of lung cancer.
For: In Part 1, subjects with advanced MTAP-null solid tumors and, in Part 2, subjects with advanced MTAP-null Non Small-Cell Lung Cancer
