THRILL: Treat Hyperinflammation in child oncology study - A single arm, historically controlled, open label phase II study on the efficacy and safety of the recombinant interleukin (IL)-1R antagonist anakinra in pediatric cancer patients admitted to the intensive care with sepsis and signs of hyperinflammation
This study is investigating a new treatment called anakinra for seriously ill children with cancer who have dangerous inflammation and infection. It aims to see if anakinra, given early, can help more children survive compared to standard care, by calming the body's overreaction.

Myocarditis Therapy with IL-1 inhibitor (MYTH-1): a double-blind, phase IIa, placebo controlled, randomized clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of anakinra in addition to standard of care for the treatment of virus-negative myocarditis.
