ADT +/- Darolutamide in de Novo Metastatic Prostate Cancer Patients With Vulnerable Functional Ability (PEACE6-Vulnerable)

This study looks at a new drug, darolutamide, along with standard hormone therapy for men with prostate cancer that has spread. It's for those who might not be able to have other treatments because of their general health.
