The Effect of Vasopressor Therapy on Renal Perfusion in Septic Shock
This study looks at how different medicines, like vasopressin and angiotensin II, affect blood flow to the kidneys in very unwell patients with a serious infection called septic shock. We want to see if these medicines can help improve kidney function when it's failing.

Reducing Cardiac-surgery Associated Acute Kidney Injury Occurence by Administering Angiotensin II
This study is looking at whether a medicine called Angiotensin II can help protect kidneys during heart surgery. We want to see if it reduces the chance of kidney problems compared to a standard medicine, Noradrenalin, in adult patients undergoing bypass or valve surgery.
