Vaginal Native Tissues Repair for Pelvic Organ Prolapse

This study looks at two common operations for a dropped bladder (prolapse), comparing a newer method called 'vaginal patch plastron' with a standard one called 'anterior colporrhaphy'. We want to see which is better at fixing the problem and improving women's lives one year after surgery.
