Study of ARO-ATXN2 Injection in Adults With Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 2
This study is testing a new injection called ARO-ATXN2 for adults with Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 2 (SCA2). It aims to see if the treatment is safe and how the body handles it. Participants will receive either the new drug or a dummy injection.
