Study Comparing AAA817+ARPI Versus Standard of Care in Adult Participants With PSMA-positive mCRPC
This study is looking at a new treatment called AAA817, combined with standard prostate cancer drugs, for men with advanced prostate cancer. It compares this new combination to existing treatments to see which works best at slowing the cancer's growth.

A Phase II Study of AAA617 Alone and AAA617 in Combination With ARPI in Patients With PSMA PET Scan Positive CRPC
