A Study to Learn About a New Medicine Called Vepdegestrant (ARV-471, PF-07850327) in People Who Have Advanced Metastatic Breast Cancer
This study is testing a new medicine, ARV-471, against an existing treatment, fulvestrant, for advanced breast cancer that has spread. It's for people who have already had certain hormone therapies. The aim is to see if ARV-471 is safe and effective.

TACTIVE-U: A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine (Vepdegestrant) When Given With Other Medicines in People With Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer (Sub-Study B)
This study looks at a new medicine, vepdegestrant (also called ARV-471), with ribociclib for advanced breast cancer. It's for cancer that has spread, is hormone-sensitive, and isn't responding to past treatments. The goal is to see if it's safe and effective.
