A Study of Once-daily Oral ASC30 to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety in Adult Participants With Obesity or Overweight With Weight-Related Comorbidities
This study looks at a new daily tablet, ASC30, for adults who are overweight or have obesity and related health problems like high blood pressure. It compares ASC30 with a dummy pill (placebo) to see if it helps with weight loss and is safe over a long period. We want to find out how well it works.

A Study of Once-daily Oral ASC30 to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety in Adult Participants With Obesity or Overweight With Type 2 Diabetes
This study is looking at a new tablet, ASC30, for adults who have obesity or are overweight and also have type 2 diabetes. It's a large study that compares the new tablet to a dummy pill (placebo) to see how well it works for managing weight and its safety over time.
