Effect of Physical Activity and/or Probiotics on Body Composition and Physiological Parameters in Women

This study looks at how probiotics and exercise affect healthy young women. We want to see if taking a probiotic, exercising, or doing both helps improve body health and overall well-being. Participants will be randomly assigned to different groups for six weeks.
