Benefit of Intensified Peri-operative Chemotherapy Within High-risk CINSARC Patients With Resectable Soft-tissue Sarcomas

This study looks at whether extra chemotherapy before surgery can help people with a certain type of soft-tissue sarcoma. It compares the standard 3 cycles of chemo with 6 cycles to see if it stops the cancer coming back or spreading.
