A Phase 2b/3, Randomized, Double-Blinded, Placebo Controlled Study ChecKing the Efficacy and Safety of ATAciguat to Slow the Progression of VaLvular DYsfunction in Participants with Moderate Calcific Aortic Valve STenosis (KATALYST-AV)

This study, called KATALYST-AV, is testing a new medicine called ataciguat to see if it can slow down moderate aortic valve stenosis. This is a condition where the heart valve stiffens and narrows. Researchers want to know if the drug is safe and effective in adults.
