Atezolizumab/Bevacizumab Followed by On-demand TACE or Initial Synchronous Treatment With TACE and Atezolizumab/Bevacizumab

This study is looking at two ways to use a combination of medicines (atezolizumab and bevacizumab) and a procedure called TACE for people with liver cancer that can't be removed by surgery. It aims to see which approach works best.
