Awake Prone Positioning in Spontaneous Breathing Patients With Acute Hypoxic Respiratory Failure Due to Pneumonia

This study looks at whether lying on your front (prone position) can help people with serious breathing problems due to pneumonia, who are not on a breathing machine. We want to see if it reduces the need for a breathing tube or prevents death.
