Axillary Radiotherapy or Axillary Lymph Node Dissection in Patients With Clinically Node- Positive Breast Cancer Undergoing Upfront Tailored Axillary Surgery
This study compares two ways to treat lymph nodes in breast cancer: standard surgery or a newer surgery combined with radiotherapy. It aims to see which method leads to better arm comfort and fewer swelling problems two years later.

Comparison of Axillary Lymph Node Dissection with Axillary Radiation for Patients with Node-Positive Breast Cancer Treated with Chemotherapy
This study compares two ways to treat breast cancer that has spread to lymph nodes: surgery to remove lymph nodes plus radiation, or just radiation. It aims to find out which method works best to stop the cancer from coming back after chemotherapy.
