A Phase 2 multicenter, randomized, placebo controlled, double-blind study to assess the safety and efficacy of CC-486 (oral azacitidine) in combination with pembrolizumab (MK-3475) versus pembrolizumab plus placebo in subjects with previously treated locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer

This study is looking for new and better ways to treat advanced lung cancer that has already been treated. It compares a new combination of two drugs – an azacitidine tablet and pembrolizumab – against pembrolizumab with a placebo. The main goal is to see if the new combination can slow down the cancer’s growth.
