A Study to Evaluate Effect of AZD6234 as an Adjunct to Incretin-based Therapies in Adult Participants With Obesity or Overweight With Weight-related Comorbidity With or Without Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
This study is testing a new medicine called AZD6234 for adults who are overweight or have obesity and other health issues, including some with type 2 diabetes. It aims to see if adding AZD6234 to their current weight management medicines helps them lose more weight safely.

This study is looking at a new medicine, AZD6234, for adults with Type 2 diabetes who are also overweight or have obesity. It aims to see how well it helps with weight loss and how safe it is compared to a dummy medicine.
