A Phase IIb Study to Evaluate AZD8965 in Participants With IPF.

This study is looking into a new drug, AZD8965, for people with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). It aims to see if different doses of this drug are safe and effective, compared to a dummy drug, for people with IPF, including those already on other treatments.
