A Study of Belumosudil in Children With Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease (schoolROCK)
This study is looking at a new medicine called Belumosudil for children aged 1 to 18 with chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD). We want to see how well it works and if it's safe for those who haven't responded to other treatments.

A Study to Test an Oral Medicine, Belumosudil, in Combination With Corticosteroids in Participants at Least 12 Years of Age With Newly Diagnosed Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease.
This study is testing a new medicine, Belumosudil, alongside standard steroids for people aged 12 and over newly diagnosed with chronic Graft-versus-Host Disease (cGVHD). We want to see if this combination works better to manage the condition.

Isatuximab in Combination With Novel Agents in RRMM - Master Protocol
This study looks at new drug combinations with isatuximab and other treatments for a type of blood cancer called multiple myeloma. It aims to find better ways to treat patients whose cancer has come back or hasn't responded to previous treatments.
