A Phase 1b/2, Multicenter, Open-label Basket Study Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of Bemarituzumab Monotherapy in Solid Tumors with FGFR2b Overexpression (FORTITUDE-301)
This study is testing a new medicine, bemarituzumab, for people with certain solid tumours that have a specific marker called FGFR2b overdue. It will look at how safe the medicine is and if it can shrink or stop the growth of these cancers.

Bemarituzumab Plus Chemotherapy and Nivolumab Versus Chemotherapy and Nivolumab for FGFR2b Overexpressed Untreated Advanced Gastric and Gastroesophageal Junction Cancer.
This study looks at a new drug, bemarituzumab, in combination with standard chemotherapy and nivolumab for advanced stomach or food pipe cancer. It aims to see if this new combination is safe and works better than current treatments, helping people with specific types of cancer live longer.
