This study looks at a new treatment called benralizumab for people with severe asthma. It compares adding benralizumab to your usual asthma inhaler with just increasing the dose of your inhaler. We want to see if benralizumab helps control asthma better and is safe.

A Multicentre, Randomised, Double-blind, Parallel Group, Placebo-controlled, Time-to-first Asthma Exacerbation Phase III Efficacy and Safety Study of Benralizumab in Paediatric Patients With Severe Eosinophilic Asthma (DOMINICA)
This study looks at a new medicine called benralizumab for children aged 6 to 18 with severe asthma. It wants to see if the medicine can stop asthma attacks and if it's safe. Half the children get the medicine, and half get a dummy medicine.
