A Study of Avelumab in Penile Cancer Who Are Unfit for or Have Progressed After Platinum-Based Chemotherapy
This study looks at a new drug called avelumab for men with advanced penile cancer. It's for those who can't have standard chemotherapy or for whom it has stopped working. We want to see if avelumab can help shrink their tumours.

A Phase II Study of AAA617 Alone and AAA617 in Combination With ARPI in Patients With PSMA PET Scan Positive CRPC
This study looks into a new treatment (AAA617) for a type of prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. It also checks if combining AAA617 with existing hormone-blocking drugs works better.
