A PHASE IB/II STUDY TO EVALUATE SAFETY AND EFFICACY OF BEXMARILIMAB IN COMBINATION WITH DOXORUBICIN IN METASTATIC SOFT-TISSUE SARCOMA (BEXAR Study)
This study is testing a new drug, bexmarilimab, alongside a standard cancer treatment, doxorubicin, for adults with advanced soft tissue sarcoma. It aims to find a safe dose and see how well this combination shrinks tumours or slows down their growth.
For: Advanced or metastatic histologically confirmed soft tissue sarcoma (STS) in adult patients who are not candidates for curative treatment.
