A Study to Test Different Doses of BI 1823911 Alone and Combined With Other Medicines in People With Different Types of Advanced Cancer With KRAS Mutation
This study is for adults with advanced cancer that has a specific KRAS gene change. It tests new medicines, BI 1823911 alone and with BI 1701963, to see if they can shrink tumours. Currently, there are no other successful treatments.

This study is for adults with advanced cancer that has a specific change called a KRAS mutation. It tests new doses of a medicine called BI 1701963, given alone or with another drug, trametinib. The goal is to find safe doses and see if they can shrink tumours.
