Brightline-2: A Phase IIa/IIb, open-label, single-arm, multi-centre trial of BI 907828 for treatment of patients with locally advanced / metastatic, MDM2 amplified, TP53 wild-type biliary tract adenocarcinoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, or other selected solid tumours
This study is testing a new drug for certain advanced cancers, including some pancreatic, lung, and bile duct cancers. Doctors want to see how well the drug shrinks tumours and if it's safe. It's for adults whose cancer has a specific genetic change.

Brightline-4: A Phase III open-label, single-arm, multi-center study to assess the safety and efficacy of brigimadlin (BI 907828) treatment in patients with treatment-naïve or pre-treated advanced dedifferentiated liposarcoma
This study, called Brightline-4, is looking at a new drug, BI 907828, for advanced dedifferentiated liposarcoma. It aims to see how safe and effective the drug is for patients who haven't had treatment before or have had some treatment already. It's an important step to understand this new medicine.
