Detection of Homologous Recombination Pathway Gene Mutations in Circulating Tumour DNA From BRCA-mutated Ovarian Cancer Patients Receiving First-line PARP Inhibitor Maintenance Therapy

This study looks at blood samples from women with BRCA-mutated ovarian cancer receiving PARP inhibitor treatment. We're searching for specific gene changes in their blood to help identify early signs of the cancer returning, allowing for closer monitoring.
