Botulinum Toxin Type A Blockade of the Sphenopalatine Ganglion in Treatment-refractory Chronic Cluster Headache
This study looks at a new way to treat very bad headaches called 'cluster headaches.' We're testing if injecting a medicine called botulinum toxin (similar to Botox) near a special nerve in the face can help stop these painful attacks when other treatments haven't worked.

A Study to Evaluate the Effectiveness and Safety of Dysport® for the Prevention of Chronic Migraine in Adults
This study is testing a medicine called Dysport® for people who get chronic migraines. It aims to see if Dysport® can reduce how often and how bad migraines are, and if it's safe to use, compared to a dummy medicine.
