Deep TMS for Comorbid Depression and Cognitive Impairment in Older Adults

This study looks at a special type of brain stimulation, called Deep TMS, for people over 60 with both depression and early Alzheimer's or memory problems. It's for those whose depression hasn't improved with usual treatments. We want to see if it's safe and helps with mood.
