Safety and Efficacy Study of TAR-0520 Gel in Prevention of Taxane-induced Peripheral Neuropathy

This study looks at a gel called TAR-0520. It's for breast cancer patients having chemotherapy, which sometimes causes numb, tingly hands and feet (neuropathy) and nail problems. We want to see if this gel can help stop these side effects before they start, making treatment easier.
